Located just a few meters from the Obelisk, it is famous for its thick crust (‘al molde’) and its obscene amount of cheese. Walking in here is like going back to the 1950s in Buenos Aires.
They claim to have created the Fugazzeta. It’s a more family-friendly and relaxed pizzeria, perfect if you want to sit for a while and enjoy the rhythm of Corrientes Street from the window.
It’s a little further away, but it’s the favorite of true pizza fans. Its mozzarella has a distinct, more intense flavor, and the crust is perfectly crispy.
